to Granite Falls: A Semi-Futuristic Steampunk RPG
A mountain top town and the epicentre of soul magic. The home to the Cave of Souls and The Icarus Academy - the large flying ship anchored to the mountain top. Here, young Ashdarians pilgrimage to the Cave of Souls to connect to their familiar through the ceremony called The Faceting, and attend the academy to learn about their newfound magical power and connection to the soul realm. However, more and more students have been attacked and have had their familiars severed from them. A once sleepy, sacred mountaintop town has turned into a desecrated warzone, where the pawns are just children. The Counsel of the Silent Dragon has been looking into the attacks and suspect the Followers of the Horizon to be at fault, though anyone they send undercover never returns to them the same.
